Vextra fabrics are woven with 100% fiberglass yarns, impregnated with a vermiculite solution which provides added heat protection. Heat travels across Vextra coated fabrics, enabling them to remain stable at up to 50% higher temperatures than the uncoated counterparts. Vextra fabrics are tough enough to withstand very hostile work environments.
